Upon agreement to receiving an energy healing, reading or intuitive guidance, it is understood that the client takes full responsibility for any use of the information given and it's interpretation.
 
As the client you will always be treated with the utmost respect, integrity and confidentiality and your personal data and information will be kept safe, complete and private at all times.
 
Anna Fisher requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so may will result in loss of payment unless a mutually agreeable new date and time can be arranged within two weeks of the original appointment.

Anna Fisher has the right to cancel your appointment at any time prior to it taking place and a full refund will be given to you.

If you are not completely happy within the first 15 minutes of your session, you are welcome to cancel and request a full refund.

The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be the subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
